Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the KabeCraft Interiors website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These terms apply to all users of the website, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

Service Description

KabeCraft Interiors provides wall-centric interior construction services for apartments, houses, and small offices throughout Japan. Our services include online estimation, on-site surveys, 3D wall layouts, and professional installation through vetted crews.

We specialize in modular wall systems, acoustic panel upgrades, built-in storage solutions, and custom partition design with premium materials and finishes.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when requesting consultations or services. This includes property details, project specifications, access requirements, and contact information necessary for service delivery.

You must ensure that you have the legal authority to authorize work on the property and that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained where required by local regulations.

Service Availability and Limitations

Our services are currently available in the greater Tokyo area and surrounding regions. Service availability may be limited by location, project scope, and crew availability. We reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside our service capabilities or geographic coverage area.

Online estimates are preliminary and subject to confirmation following on-site survey and assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions and project requirements.

Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in Japanese Yen and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements and may include deposits, progress payments, and final payment upon completion.

Additional charges may apply for changes to project scope, premium materials, or services beyond the original agreement. All additional work must be approved in writing before proceeding.

Project Timeline and Scheduling

Project timelines are estimates based on typical conditions and may be affected by factors including weather, material availability, permit processing, and site access. We will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within estimated timeframes.

Scheduling changes may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will communicate any delays promptly. Client-requested changes to scheduling may result in additional charges.

Quality Assurance and Warranties

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials. Warranty terms vary by service type and are specified in individual service agreements. Standard warranties range from 1 to 5 years depending on the scope of work.

Warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. Damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications by others is not covered.

Limitation of Liability

KabeCraft Interiors' liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services or any delays in performance.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property Rights

All design concepts, 3D layouts, technical drawings, and proprietary methods developed by KabeCraft Interiors remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use designs for their specific project but may not reproduce or distribute them.

The KabeCraft Interiors name, logo, and branding materials are protected trademarks and may not be used without written permission.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

We may use project photos and information for marketing purposes unless you specifically opt out in writing. All client information is kept confidential and secure.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary by service type and project stage. Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once services begin. Construction project cancellations may be subject to charges for work completed and materials ordered.

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis considering work performed, materials purchased, and scheduling impacts.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or material shortages.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to minimize delays and communicate with clients about revised timelines.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under Japanese law in Yokohama, Kanagawa.

These terms are governed by Japanese law, and any legal proceedings must be conducted in Japanese courts with jurisdiction in Kanagawa Prefecture.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Material changes affecting existing projects will be communicated directly to affected clients with reasonable notice.
